After nearly two monthes and lots of delays, we've been finally able to put an end to the SMK Match Race NTSC tournaments.  | SMK NTSC Match Race WC A:
ScouB bt SamiCetin 12-8
After an early 4-1 lead by Sami, both players lost their zoomstarts ratio, so lots of tracks were earned by fighting in the first laps. In these conditions, ScouB managed to get a come back to lead 9-6 after Star Cup. Some lightning happened too. Overall driving was correct even if they were some unforced errors from both. A couple of freezes happened in the middle of races as well, but despite this, connexion and stream were pretty smooth. ScouB managed to put an end to the impressive wins streak of Sami in MR NTSC since SNESOT is up online. |  |
SMK NTSC Match Race WC B:
Jordini bt yoshi_lugia 19-1
After lots of delays due to some UK slackers. We decided to advance yoshi_lugia directly to the final against an in-form Jordini who managed to get rid of Jey in semi-final. As we could expect, Jordini defeated relatively easily yoshi_lugia by letting her only 1 track. |
So, congrats to ScouB and Jordini for winning the respective A and B tournaments. The GP150cc tournament is already on-going and group stage has already some of its matches played, keep up the matches going and keep on karting!

Congratulations to Archmedy for winning the Indian Wells Masters title!
The brazilian Worldchampion and still undefeated World Number One once again has demonstrated his excellent and so far unrivaled skills in the Indian Wells Final to beat sxkenshin (COL) in straight sets. Also great performance by the strong columbian player sxkenshin, who was able to reach at least his first final on the professional Tour with his dynamic and powerful style. Well done.
Another congrats goes to Juan from Chile for winning Bogota Challenger (WC B),
the first clay court tourney of the year, in a dramatic and equal 3 set thriller (7-6, 5-7, 7-6) over the top seeded player "Cesar" from argentina. Good work! A short highlights video is coming up soon on snesot. We promise you it's worth to watch, since it was a great claycourt-battle between two of the greatest talents currently on the ASTP-Tour.

I extended the start date for SMK GP tournament a week to see if we can get more sign-ups. If the new start date is not good for you, let me know and I will remove you from the sign-up list etc.
The goal is to have 2 weeks for group stage and 1,5 weeks for playoffs. Try to fit that into your schedule.

It's a puzzle game that has been remade several times. You may also know it as Puyo Puyo, or Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine.
In the game, as in all Puyo games, groups of two colored blobs fall from the top of the screen. You must rotate and move the groups before they touch the bottom of the screen or the pile, so that matching-colored blobs touch from above, below, the left or the right. Once four or more same-colored blobs touch, they will disappear, and any blobs above them will fall down to fill in the space. If a player manages to set off a chain reaction with these blobs, rocks will fall on the other player's screen causing them much woe. (-wikipedia)
The first tourney for this game is now in sign-up stage. Tournament starts 4/21/2013. Hope that many of you puzzle game fans will join in the fun!

I just launched the first Yoshi's Cookie tournament using the Double Elimination format, which will hopefully be done about as quick as the last Yoshi's Cookie tourney.

Disregard that last message figured it out with a little help from Garro, man there's a lot tripping me up, I'm going to make a tutorial video so others won't have theses problems...
I am trying to jin my friends game, but I'm having some difficulties, I type in his ping, we're both in hamachi, and both have the correct verion of ZSNES, what did we do wrong? I am looking at hamachi and seeing he has a "relayed tunnel" what is this?, can it be changed?, and is it the cause of us not being able to connect? Thank you in advance.
